| Albuquerque Tents Skytracker is not liable for injuries received on Interactive Games and/or Jumps. It is the responsibility of LESSEE to ensure proper monitoring of game(s) is enforced. Monitors are supplied upon request, at an extra fee, depending on time(s) and location(s) of event(s). |
| Interactive games setup outside are likely to become hot by the sun, in which case, Albuquerque Tents, Events and Skytracker will allow the use of a water-hose, supplied by the customer, to cool off the game(s). This, however, may require additional monitors, as the games do become VERY slippery. Again, Albuquerque Tents Skytracker is not liable for injuries on any of our Interactive Games and/or Jumps. |
| It is the responsibility of the Lessee, and the facilities therein to supply the space, monitors and electricity as specified below for each game rented. Game monitors are responsible for monitoring weight and activity. |
